Suoi Mo Park, Dong Nai

Suoi Mo Park – Dong Nai Province

ShareTweet

Suoi Mo Park, also known as the “paradise of the sea on the jungle,” is a recreation park filled with lots of beautiful sights and relaxing activities to do. Featuring a lake, waterfalls, a natural pool, and an overall stunning natural atmosphere, this destination is an excellent break from the city.

It takes about three hours to drive to Suoi Mo Park from Ho Chi Minh City if going by car, and potentially a little longer by motorbike.

Activities

A day at Suoi Mo Park offers a few different things to do, mainly by the water. There are water cars that are operated by pedals and are a popular way to cruise around the lake. Some of the vehicles are shaped like swans or cars, and the views on the water are unbeatable. This is an activity that the whole family can enjoy, regardless of age.

Jet skis, also referred to as “water motorcycles,” are available for rent and use at the lake. Set up on the lake, the Life House is a floating inflatable obstacle course that’s fun for the entire group. Take on the challenge of completing it without falling into the water or getting wet on a hot day to cool off. This attraction is safe for children who are comfortable in the water.

Additionally, guests can pay a small fee to feed hundreds of koi fish using a baby bottle.

The swimming area is a manufactured structure filled with natural spring water running beneath it. Covering an area of about 2000 m sq, the bottom of the pool is layered with sand to give it that natural vibe. There’s a designated children’s area, and tiny fish constantly swim freely, brushing up against people taking a dip.

It’s truly a one-of-a-kind swimming experience that only goes to about 1.5 meters deep, maximum.

The kids’ swimming area has playground equipment and sprinklers to add to the entertainment factor for youngsters. Waterfalls and stepping stones border the lake area in a semi-circle, adding to the relaxing ambiance. Contact the park to inquire about their conference and events center, open to be rented out for large groups.

Three restaurants in Suoi Mo Park offer service to day-trippers and campers.

  • Cherry Blossom Restaurant – Cherry Blossom is an airy eatery located right in the park with a capacity for up to 500 people, including a VIP room capable of holding a group of up to 50 diners. The menu consists of primarily traditional Vietnamese cuisine made with fresh local ingredients.
